Still need at least 25 pre entries, please.
Entries will still be taken the day of the show; but, will be an add on.

Rules and Exhibition Rules - Please read below
Minors, read last one
1. One at a time in the arena, no riding around the arena.
2. Circle barrel once
3. . No standing in corners and/or loping in corners
4. If making a fast exhibition, let person working at gate know (if do not have a person at the gate, let the person behind you know), so the next person can hold up for you to do the fast go through.
5. If slow exhibition, come off the 3rd barrel, toward the fence and ride down, so next person can go. Keep it going smoothly and fluidly. So, everyone has a chance to go.
6. Please cut down the texting and phone calls during the show. I know I am good with multitasking with everything, but, there have been a few times when it has gotten out of hand.
7. No bombarding me, in the office, during the show.
8. If want a timed exhibition after the show, let me know, at least, 15 minutes, before show start (pee wee start)!!!
9. Pee Wees start at 1:20. They need to be checked in by 1:05.
10. Entries, itself, closes, 10 minutes before Pee Wee start. If you have pre entered/prepaid and are running behind, you need to text or pm me by 5 minutes after show start (well, Open) and definitely let me know you are coming. For example, if Open starts at 1:30, you need to let me know by 1:35 pm.
Otherwise, I start working on payouts. If I have not heard from you by 1:35, you will be pulled from the draw. No refunds!! I have been lienient with this in the past.
11. If are at the show and find you need to with draw your entry, this must be done by 1:35 pm. Otherwise, there is no refund.
12. Remember, pee wees being at 1:20. If you come up to the office to enter, you will have to wait till I get Pee Wee done.
13. James Dickason and Con Nuanes are my official tractor drivers. Due to tractor rules, the tractor is driven by approved drivers.
14. Thank you to Kathy Dickason for always helping me in the arena and in the office so I can attend church.
15. Thank you Tammi Heverly-Ferrell for an offical barrel setter. I am looking for 1 more.
16. Remember, I look at volunteer hours, mostly, and/or show counts for ties breakers. This can be done by helping with exhibition gate and barrel setting. There are 2 barrel opportunities. If get another OFFICIAL barrel setter, there will then only be 1 opportunity.
17. MINORS (17 & under)!!! PLEASE BE AWARE, if you come, a parent has to be with you to sign forms and accident waiver, or a court appointed Legal guardian or you dont ride. Plain and simple. And there is NO taking the forms out of the office saying your parents are at the truck. It's gotten to the point, I will be forced to check ID's of signatures, if I don't know the parent. I am sorry, it has come down to this but I have had had a couple instances now with youth doing this, or so called parent. After yalking on the phone, who said would do it, didn't. Also, Forgery (signing your parents signature) is illegal. No, Your friends cannot sign for you.

Dress Code: No spagetti straps, halter tops, low cut shirts; keep respectable; boots - no tenneshoes, sandals, etc. Please see rules and policies for full detail. Helmets are optional
CASH ONLY ENTRIES AT THE SHOW W/CASH PAYOUT Small bills please...10s, 5s, 1s, work great! Can pre enter with prepay.
Members must compete in 3 of the 6 shows for your points to stay in the standings, this includes pee wee.
No alcoholic beverages allowed! This is also due to insurance. If you are caught with alcohol (whether trying to hide in a cup, etc) you will be told to leave. There will be no refund of your entry fee and if you win money, this money is forfeited. This applies even if you have family members with you or friends with you drinking. Please be responsible.
Due to insurance requirements - All dogs must be kept on a leash and exhibitions are one at a time. There is no riding around in the arena while exhibitions are taking place.
NO DRAMA is allowed at the events. Please leave them at home, your barn, or at the gate. :) We are here to have some family filled, clean fun.
Please do not take the following personal, it is just me and how I work. When the show begins, only 1 more other person allowed in the announcer's stand with me, unless I call for one more. As you know, I multitask and to stay straight, I cannot think when I have a lot of other stuff going on in the background around me. I want a smooth, flowing show and that is what I aim for each month. This is a personal goal of mine. :)
After results are announced, unless I state that you can come and payout is ready, please do not come rushing in the announcer's stand until I announce it is ready to be picked up.
WHILE SHOW IS GOING ON, PLEASE DO NOT COME IN THE ANNOUNCER'S STAND. WAIT TILL DRAG(S). REMEMBER, THOUGH, ON THE BIG DRAG, I AM GETTING PAYOUTS READY.

EXHIBITIONS ARE 1 AT A TIME IN THE ARENA - NO RIDING AROUND ARENA AND DOGS MUST BE KEPT ON LEASH - THESE ARE DUE TO INSURANCE.
Please note the following: Winners must count their winnings (cash payout) and sign before leaving the office. If the winner has someone else pick up his or her winnings, that person must count the cash and sign for it before leaving the office. :) Thank you :)
