In October 2007, I finished my dissertation and graduated with my PhD. My dissertation was titled, “Women Athletes and Entrepreneurs”.
This was an exploratory, comparative study between women barrel racers and women who own their own businesses. During this time, the Florida Equine Athlete began, in 2004; while, I was working on this PhD dissertation. At the time, I had a future focus of a big feature to do some-
thing that derives from my study. IT IS TIME!!! THE FEA WORLD ATHLETE ENTREPRENEUR
Description of Series: This will be a side pot held at certain barrel racing organizations. You do NOT have to be a member to run it but, if you want to run for the FINALS show, you must be a FEA WAE member. It is also open to Females AND Males. The circuit will begin in January 1 and endS December 31.

RULES AND POLICIES INCLUDES PAYOUT SCHEDULE
I had discussed this with show hosts when first began the FEA and I waivered from it, for some reason.
I will not turn away WAE entries at a show; however, if a WAE contestant is the only entry at a show,
you can still enter; however, you will get 1D - 10 points for that $30 entry fee. No payback.
WAE MEMBERS - will have the option for the points or entry fee refunded.
If WAE nonmember, of course,
your entry fee will be refunded.
